Median List Prices for Waterfront Homes across all of Wilton Manors are up 10.5% or nearly $50,000 – when compared to median sales prices over the last 6 months.
However in East Wilton Manors median list prices for waterfront homes have dropped by $3,000 – when compared to median sales prices over the last 6 months.
