Contrast this to South East sales prices to square foot prices have also risen from $167.00 to $231.00 – but then in 2014 dropped from $245.00 to $231.00.

My Thoughts / Summary

Home prices here in South East Wilton Manors have enjoyed strong growth and are I believe set to again rise strongly over the next few years.

My rationale is based on

  • the increasing popularity of Wilton Manors for homes buyers as a place to live
  • the continued development of the city and its amenities – including the planned “Main Street” development which is slowly gaining more and more momentum
  • the increase in the fixed bridge height on Sunrise to 10-14 feet – which will allow South East waterfront home owners better ocean access via Bal Harbour and thus to have larger boats

 You can see from the photo and map of South East Wilton Manors and its canals above how many waterfront homes are in this neighborhood.

All of these waterfront homes will benefit from greater ocean access via the increase in fixed bridge heights – this combined with increasing awareness of Wilton Manors as a destination and improvements to the city and amenities will all serve to drive South East Wilton Manors homes prices even higher – many including myself believe by at least 25%-35%
