The data presented above gives a clear indicator of how the real estate market for condos and town homes is moving here in the Island City of Wilton Manors.

The results for the last 90 days are solid and strong – the market is moving with a strong volume of sales – 42 condos sold!  

Again it is in my mind the affordability factor that is driving sales here in Wilton Manors – with the bulk of sales being for condos priced under $149,999.

Also very encouraging are the days on market for sales at just 33 days or just over 1 month – which is very fast and shows just how strong demand is for Wilton Manors Condos for Sale
