Recent Sales – My Thoughts

The data presented above gives a clear indicator of how the real estate market is moving here in Wilton Manors.

The results for the last 90 days are solid and strong – the market is moving with a strong volume of sales – 52 homes sold!  

Encouraging is the sales of higher priced Wilton Manors Luxury Homes with 7 sales over $500,000 in the last 90 days – this is up from 5 in our last post!

Also encouraging is the days on market at just 39 days – which is fast and show solid demand for Wilton Manors Homes for Sale – even with our higher than “normal” inventory levels.

In our last post the days on market was 43 days.
