Recent Sales – My Thoughts

The data presented above gives a clear indicator of how the real estate market is moving here in Wilton Manors.

The results for the last 90 days reflect a good volume of sales with 53 homes sold!  

Buyers are still however heavily focused on lower priced homes – especially homes priced under $400,000.

Important to note is that our inventory of Wilton Manors homes for sale continues to decline – especially for lower priced homes.

Currently for homes for sale in the $250,000 – $299,999 there are just 4 homes sold!
