Currently in 2018 – over 51% of all Wilton Manors Homes for Sale have lowered their list price.

Wilton Manors real estate is “Hot” – with median prices on the rise up over 50% from 2013 and days on market down by over 3 weeks!

Personally I am excited to see a strong market – however it is important for both buyers and sellers in this market to note that Close Price to Original List Price in 2018 is well down at 92.3%!
