We can see from this report that the difference in square foot prices across our neighborhoods ranges from a low in West Wilton Manors of $242.00 to a high in East Wilton Manors of $276.00 – a difference of $34.00 per square foot!

My Thoughts

Sales of Wilton Manors Homes have softened over the last few months!

What is important to note is that during this period we have had Presidential Elections as well as Elections here in Wilton Manors.

These two factors have definitely impacted on sales activity.

What is important to note however is that days on market are down – reflecting strong buyer activity for Wilton Manors homes for sale that are well priced!
