My Thoughts

Median sales data for Wilton Manors homes by neighborhood reveals some very insightful information…

We can clearly see how median sales price vary between neighborhoods from a median of $399,000 in West Wilton Manors to a median of $500,000 in East Wilton Manors – a difference of over $100,000 between our 3 neighborhoods!

Also important to note are the:

  • Strong days on market for homes sold in Central Wilton Manors at just 27 days or under 1 month
  • High sales price to list price for homes sold in East Wilton Manors at 98% – a very positive indicator of demand for homes in this Wilton Manors neighborhood!

I find that this information is useful to both buyers and sellers of Wilton Manors Homes for sale as it can help with negotiations and also in setting expectations!
