My Thoughts

Overall median sales prices for Wilton Manors Homes have softened over the last few months!

What is important to note however is the median prices in West Wilton Manors continue to strengthen!

Wilton Manors Homes in West Wilton Manors also have the strongest sales price to list price ratio at 98%

On top of this another important real estate trend is days on market – which again West Wilton Manors is surging ahead at just 36 days!
