My Thoughts

Wilton Manors Homes have continued to enjoy strong sales activity over the last few months with 53 sales.

What is important to note however is the drops in median sales prices for Wilton Manors Homes in all neighborhoods – West, Central and East.

What is also important to note is the softening of sales prices to list prices – particularly in Central and East Wilton Manors
