Recent Sales – My Thoughts

The data presented above gives us some good indicators on how the real estate market is performing here in Wilton Manors.

It is very pleasing to see the increase in median sales prices – up now by 13.5% to $414,500 – this for sale made over the last 90 days!

Also important to note are the median days on market at 62 days – which is another good indicator of demand for Wilton Manors Real Estate!

Days on Market is important as inventory levels of Wilton Manors Homes for sale with 84 homes for sale at time of writing are approx 30% higher than usual.

So having 62 days on market for homes recently sold is a positive and pleasing result!
