Recent Sales – My Thoughts

The data presented above gives a clear indicator of how the real estate market is moving here in Wilton Manors.

The results for the last 90 days reflect a lower volume of sales  – however the new mortgage rules may well have impacted this in terms of the number of homes with finance now taking longer to close.

 

Important to note are the median days on market at just 35 days – which is very fast!
