Recent Sales – My Thoughts

The data presented above gives a clear indicator of how the real estate market is moving here in Wilton Manors.

Important to note are the median days on market at just 47 days – which is a good indicator of demand!

More important however is the drop in median prices – indicating the buyers are looking at and purchasing lower prices homes.

Take into account the diminishing inventory of lower priced homes and I believe we will soon see median prices back on the rise.
