Recent Sales – My Thoughts

 

Prices for Wilton Manors Homes continue to rise – up to a median of $450,000 in this post – an increase of 17% in just a few short months.

The volume of homes sold is also up with 52 Wilton Manors Home being sold over the last 90 days.

This is great news as our inventory of homes for sale was up and had been hovering around the 85 homes for sale mark.

Increasing median prices and decreasing inventory levels for homes are very positive indicators for Wilton Manors Real Estate!
