Recent Sales – My Thoughts

The data presented above gives a clear indicator of how the real estate market is moving here in Wilton Manors.

The results for the last 90 days are solid and strong – the market is moving and while median pricing may have fallen in both Central and East Wilton Manors so have inventory levels of non waterfront Wilton Manors homes for sale. – leaving home buyers with fewer choices.

What I am also seeing is a clear movement of home buyers into West Wilton Manors.

And with just 44 days on market for sales in West Wilton Manors over the last 90 days  – the indications is that competition for West Wilton Manors homes by buyers has been strong indeed!
