Again it is important to note the sales price to square foot price which ranges from 88% – 107%.

More important however is that the Lofts command the lowest median, followed by Flagler, then SantaFe with Frisco commanding the highest median prices. 

An understanding of how median prices in Wilton Station vary by building is important for both buyers and sellers.
